Vice President, Dairy Products

The VP of Dairy Products will own full P&L responsibility for the dairy portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, operational efficiency, and market share gains. This executive will lead strategy, production, supply chain, and commercial alignment to deliver measurable financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage full dairy P&L, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and cost controls

• Drive annual operating plan (AOP), forecasting, and long-range strategic planning

• Improve plant performance: yield, throughput, waste reduction, OEE, and cost per pound

• Lead pricing strategy, SKU optimization, and portfolio profitability analysis

• Identify growth opportunities across new products, channels, and geographic expansion

• Ensure compliance with USDA/FDA regulations and food safety standards

• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and finance

KPIs:

• Revenue growth and market share expansion

• Gross margin and EBITDA improvement

• Cost of goods sold (COGS) reduction

• Production efficiency (OEE, yield, waste %)

• Working capital optimization (inventory turns)

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in dairy manufacturing (required)

• Demonstrated P&L ownership within a dairy or perishable food environment

• Strong financial acumen and operational leadership track record
